Better photos = better portraits. I do realise that often there are circumstances where great photos aren't an option and it may be possible to work with those you have. E-mail your photos to me and I'll let you know if I think I can work from them, but please be aware that I wont be able to create highly detailed portraits from blurry photos. See the 'top tips for reference photos' info sheet at the bottom of this page for more information.
How long will it take to complete a portrait?
Single subject paper portraits, once commenced, are usually completed in just a couple of sittings.
Stained glass portraits, once commenced, take several days of firing in layers, then another day of soldering and cementing, if leaded.
Waiting times are very dependent on how many orders I have in at any particular time, email me before ordering if you would like your portrait for a particular date.
Portraits in the UK will be sent by Royal Mail first class 'signed for', or guaranteed next day delivery (Monday to Thursday only).
International items will be sent by Royal Mail, International tracked.

Bookings are not confirmed until full payment or a non-refundable deposit is paid.
Once ready, I will send an image of the completed work(s), at this point any outstanding balance is expected within 30 days.
If after 30 days payment has not been received, I reserve the right to sell on the original artwork and reproductions.
Returns & Exchanges
I can't accept returns for custom or personalised items.
Please contact me straight away if you have any problems with your order.

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries.
