Terms of Service - 


Accuracy of Representation - Every effort is made to represent artwork faithfully. Colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, printers, or digital displays.

Delivery & Risk - Once artwork leaves the studio, delivery cannot be guaranteed beyond the precautions and care taken in packaging and shipping. Buyers acknowledge that carrier delays, customs processing, or external factors are outside the seller’s control.

Agreement to Policies - By completing a purchase, buyers agree to the Shipping Policy, Gift Certificates, Privacy and Returns & Refunds Policy in effect at the time of order.

Permitted Use - All artwork is provided for personal use only. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the artist.

Copyright - All artwork is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or derivative use is strictly prohibited. Copyright remains with the artist at all times.

Policy Updates - These Terms of Service may be updated without prior notice.

Gift Certificates - 

Redemption - Gift certificates must be redeemed within 6 months of receipt.

Processing Times - Once redeemed, processing times may vary depending on availability, (never exceeding 6 months, usually within 2 weeks to 2 months).

Privacy - 

Respect for Privacy - Your privacy is valued and respected.

Information Collected - Personal information collected during purchase (such as name, address, and email) is used solely for:

• Processing and fulfilling orders

• Communicating with buyers about their purchases

Use of Information - Information is never shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties except as required to complete shipping. Email addresses collected for updates, waitlists, or newsletters are used only to send relevant communications. Subscribers may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

Data Security - Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Shipping

Carrier - All artwork ships via Royal Mail with tracking where available.

Packaging - Works are shipped flat in a rigid protective mailer with archival sleeve and backing board.

Processing & Delivery Times Processing times vary throughout the year, current processing times can be quoted before ordering. Estimated delivery times once works are complete:

United Kingdom - 1 to 2 business days / United States & rest of the world - 1 to 2 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or external delays beyond the seller’s control.

Shipping Fees - Flat-rate shipping per order:

• United Kingdom: £0 - 5 GBP

• United States: £10 - 20 GBP 

Multiple items ship together at the same flat rate.

Tracking - Tracking is provided for all shipments except gift certificates, (resulting works will be tracked). 

International Customers - Buyers outside the UK are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Please review local import regulations before purchase.

Insurance - Shipments include standard carrier insurance. Coverage may not equal the full artwork value. Additional insurance can be arranged upon request prior to purchase.

Address Accuracy - Buyers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Costs or losses due to incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Parcels - The seller is not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers or customs. However, assistance will be provided in filing claims with the carrier. Refunds or replacements depend on carrier resolution.

Damaged Shipments - All artwork is packaged to ensure safe arrival. If a parcel arrives damaged, notify the seller within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork. The seller will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and depend on carrier resolution.

Returns & Refunds - 

Final Sale - Each piece is original artwork. For this reason, all sales are final and returns are not accepted except in cases of shipping damage.

Damaged Shipments - If artwork arrives damaged in transit:

• Contact the seller at geraldinewhalley@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged artwork.

• The seller will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

• Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and depend on carrier resolution and insurance coverage.

Insurance & Resolution - Shipments include standard carrier insurance. Coverage may not equal the full artwork value. Additional insurance can be arranged upon request prior to purchase. Buyers choosing not to request additional insurance accept the limits of standard coverage.

Non-Damage Returns - Returns or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage (including change of mind, size, or colour preference) are not accepted.
